Realmente estava ativado a opção de arquivos off-line no Windows Explorer. Porém eu desativei a opção mas o erro continua.
no log de eventos ele acusa o problema abaixo.

The system cannot get the roaming user profile because it cannot connect to the server holding the roaming profile folders. This might be caused by network connectivity issues or insufficient security permissions on the user's roaming profile folders that are stored on the server.
If you use NetBIOS over TCP/IP (NetBT) to connect to your network and you have a roaming user profile, this might cause network connectivity issues.
User Action
To troubleshoot this problem, try the following:
· Verify that the network path is correct and the server is available and on the network. If Windows still cannot find the network path, contact your network administrator.
