    Boa tarde a todos, estou com problemas no meu ambiente, estou com SCCM SP2 R2 em um windows server2003 R2

     

    De um tempo para ca do nada começou a ocorrer um erro quando tento bootar para PXE para instalar as imagens do OSD.

     

    O erro é o seguinte

     

    No entry found in database for device.

     

     

    Ja tentei os procedimentos de desintalação da Role PXE e o WDS e reinstalação dos mesmos, porem o erro persiste

     

    se alguem ja passou por isso e puder me auxiliar

    da 1 olhada nos logs pxecontrol.log e smspxe.log..

    veja tbem se vc n tem 2 registros pro mesmo cliente no teu sccm, jah vi isso acentecer em ambiente de testes

    Reinstalei o WDS e o PXE Role mais uma vez e voltou a funcionar. Muito estranho, mas enfim favor encerrar a thread.

    Ola, diferente do que eu havia pensando o erro continua a aparecer

     

    dei uma olhada no smspxe e cada vez que o serviço inicia ele da os seguintes erros, parece que ele não consegue ler as informações dos arquivos wim nem dos arquivos de boot

    se vc notar quase a ultima linha, vc vai ver: Device not found in the database

    isso significa que o sccm n conseguiu achar a maquina no banco de dados. para versoes do sccm que nao sejam r2/r3 com a opcao unknown computer habilitada, vc precisa cadastrar a maquina no sccm

    tentei fazer pelo unknow mas não funcionou, ativei ele e coloquei um advert mandatorio no all unkwnow computers, deletei um pc da base para testar e não foi tambem.

    as estações novas sempre são importadas para a collection onde tem o advert do SO e sempre funcionou, pesquisei em uns forums em ingles e vi que ja teve gente com  esse problema mas não achei nenhuma soluçao aparente.

    Fiz uma consulta pelo mac address na base e só retornou uma linha

    o estranho que o que ta dando a mensagem de não encontrado na databse é quando ele vai fazer alguma pesquisa no server, nem maquina bootando por rede tem. e o ip que ele tenta na porta 4011 é o do sccm
