I noticed a few topics but still not found an answer. I have a serious problem. I have a distribution group not receiving external email. I uncheck the Require Sender Authentication field but still not receiving emails from outside the organization. This
group already receiving external email, but after deleting the entry address. Com.br and recreate, it stopped receiving.
Please someone help me because I have a pending case on this email.
