Problems with the Remote Registry service RRS feed

    Hello guys!!
    I'm having some issues when conecting to some Windows XP machines. After several troubleshootings, I discover that the problem is related to the Remote Registry. I go to the services.msc and I cannot find the Remote Registry services. It disappears!

    As a solution I tried to:
    1. Import the:
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\RemoteRegistry]
    from a healthy machine but I could not solve this problem.

    2. Check the LOCAL SERVICES permission from the key:
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SecurePipeServers\winreg]
    It has the Read permission. No erros here.

    I would like to have more help on troubleshooting corrupted Windows services.

    I know that you have tried with another machine, but lets try with it

    If not working
    run command sfc /scannow in prompt to verify missed files on your system

    I'll be waiting for your reply, and iI'll be searching for another solutions about this
