Olá,
Estou com o seguinte problema no autodiscover externo...
Abro o outlook, inicio o assistente de configuração, preencho os campos com nome, usuario e senha... clico em avançar, estabelece conexão e recebo o aviso de certificado para autodiscover.meudominioexterno.com.br. Até ai tudo bem pq meu certificado foi gerado
em PKI interna... clico em continuar...
E recebo a msg que minha conta foi configurada como POP3, pode?
Fiz o teste de conectividade em testexchangeconnectivity.com, e passa em todos os itens...
Resolvi configurar manualmente, informando o endereço externo "autodiscover.meudominioexterno.com.br" e tb "mail.meudominioexterno.com.br" , no campo usuário coloquei dominio\usuario e então cliquei em "Verificar usuário" e recebo a seguinte mensagem:
"A conexão com o Microsoft Exchange não está disponível. O outlook deve estar online ou conectado para concluir a ação."
DNS está OK.
