Já procurei no forum mais não achei nenhuma resposta que resolvesse meu problema, o cenário é o seguinte
win2003 Enterprise
sql 2005
Wsus
todos os pre-requisitos estão instalados e confirmados, segui o tutorial muito bom do vinicius ramos apolinario, mais na segunda tela de instalação não passa do Collection database dando erro e gerando o log abaixo:
