Project Server separated Sharepoint Server 2010 RRS feed

  • Pergunta

  • I have a client that wants to use sharepoint as a tool to make your intranet. I'll also install the 2010 version of EPM.
The IT department of my client would like to have a specific server to sharepoint.
In another server would have the Web Server + Project Server and a third server that SQL Server would be shared between the EPM applications and intranet client.
The architecture would be as follows:
    - Server nro. 1 - Web Server + Server Project
    - Server nro. 2 - Sharepoint Server
    - Server nro. 3 - Sql Server
For all I know I can not install Project Server Sharepoint Server separately, because the Project Server is built on top of Sharepoint.
Would that every server in Project Server have installed Sharepoint Server (Sharepoint Foundation would not be sufficient and / or allowed).
From what I also know every Sharepoint server license must be installed and the cost is for installation.

Does anyone know if this architecture is possible and what can be done?

    Thank you.
