Please check the event viewer, any more information? (error/warning?)
You could also use network monitor to check the network connection to make sure nothing wrong with that.
Besides windows 10, is there other client (windows 7? windows 8?) Please check if the issue occurs on them as well.
Please also check if re-initializing the Offline Folder Cache could be helpful.
And the size and number of your offline files determine how much hard disk space your offline files use. So, please confirm you have enough hard disk space for offline files.
