  Hello!
  My laptop was formatted. He had previously windows 7 Home Basic.
  When installing windows 8, a friend keep the selected files and folders older.
  However, now when you start windows, it gives the "Windows 8" or "preview release" is that when I choose the latter option, the computer will automatically restart and this error message appears. Detail: the friend who formatted the note saved all my photos and music in a folder that appear in windos.old, but simply did not show up that folder. On the Home screen: "Could not load the application or operating system because a required file is missing or in error"
  "File: \ \ Windows.old \ Windows \ system32 \ winload.exe"
  
  I tried to use Recuva to recover all my photos that were stored, many of them exclusively stored in the notebook, but for lack of guidance, I saved the few recovered images even in HD ie lost many photos!
  
  Someone please tell me know what should I do?!?!
  If I do a system recovery image folder saved on old windows may appear?
  I have the impression that there is something taking up space on my hd, because when I select the drive: C; folder of users, for example, has more than 30 Gb and I had a little less than this size in photos on my PC. ..
