    Boa tarde,

    Até ontem meu activesync estava funcionando normalmente, por volta das 17:30, porém hj verifiquei que novos dispositivos não conectam e os que já estavam com perfis configurados não atualizavam as mensagens.

    Através do teste tenho o seguinte erro:

    Bom dia Fernando,

    Pelo erro apresentado parece um problema com o certificado digital. Execute o cmdlet para verificar a saúde do serviço.

    Test-ActiveSyncConnectivity -URL "https://<URL do servidor CAS>/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync"

    Verifique se o certificado digital não expirou e o serviço IIS esta utilizando o certificado correto.

    Na verdade os dois estão falhando com o mesmo erro

    [Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Storage.WrongServerException]: The user and the mailbox are in different Active Directory sites..

    Uma solução que encontrei a descrição é verificar se a política de conexão da mailbox permite dispositivos não cadastrados.
