E-mail enviado do Zimbra não chega nos domínios da microsoft (hotmail, outlook, msn..) RRS feed

  • Boa tarde !


    Meu problema é o seguinte eu não consigo enviar e-mail para os domínios da microsoft (hotmail, outlook..) do Webmail Zimbra. No Webmail zimbra da a mensagem que foi enviado com sucesso.

    Porem não chega no e-mail @hotmail.com, @outlook.com ou @msn.com. Isso acontece com qualquer usuário zimbra.

    • Importante ressaltar que já foi visto que o domínio não esta em backlist, verificado pelos seguintes sites:

    www.anti-abuse.org/

    mxtoolbox.com/

    www.spamhaus.org/

    • Outra coisa estranha é que quando envio um e-mail do hotmail para o e-mail do zimbra chega na caixa de entrada normal e se eu responder chega a resposta na caixa de entrada do hotmail normal.
    • IP reverso esta correto
    • Envio de e-mail normalmente para qualquer outro domínio.
