No log de Aplicativos encontrei um erro de acesso negado no VSS (Event ID 8193), pelo que pesquisei algumas pessoas tentavam encontrar alguma relação desse erro com o DHCP. Isso procede? Segue detalhes do log:
Volume Shadow Copy Service error: Unexpected error calling routine RegOpenKeyExW(-2147483646,SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\VSS\Diag,...). hr = 0x80070005, Access is denied.

No log de Sistema segue os dois erros que aparecem para o DHCP-Server:

This machine cannot reach its directory service enterprise and it has encountered another DHCP service on the network belonging to a directory service enterprise on which the local machine is not authorized.
