Clearing Skype for Business Cache in Windows
- Log out of Skype for Business
- Delete any sign-in information
- Exit Skype for Business
- Navigate to Users > [Your Username] > AppData > Local > Microsoft > Office > 15.0 > Lync
- Delete the sip_profileName folder
- Delete all files in Tracing folder. Do not delete the folder itself
- Navigate to Users > [Your Username] > AppData > Local > Microsoft > Office > 16.0 > Lync
- Delete the sip_profileName folder
- Delete all files in Tracing folder. Do not delete the folder itself
- Open the command prompt and run ipconfig /flushdns
Clearing Skype for Business Cache in macOS
- Log out of and quit Skype for Business
- Go to Finder
- Press Command+Shift+G or click Go > Go to Folder
- Type ~/library and press Return
- Delete the following bold files:
- Containers > com.microsoft.SkypeForBusiness
- Internet Plug-Ins > MeetingJoinPlugin.plugin
- Logs > LwaTracing
- Saved Application State > com.microsoft.SkypeForBusiness.savedState
- Preferences > com.microsoft.skypeforbusiness.plugin.plist
- Open Keychain Access from the /Applications/Utilities folder
- Delete all keychains starting with Skype for Business
