Unable to resume remote exchange online session using powershell RRS feed

  • You can create a remote session then attach to it - detach and reattach.

    What have you tried?

Interesting as that has nothing to do with the question you asked and does not help create a persistent session.  It just saves crede3entials in a file.

You cannot connect or create to a session without credentials.  In a domain, by default, only admins can remote and no credentials are required.

Overall your question and solution don't match or make much sense.

A remote session can be reconnected at any time form any system.  Just connect by the name given to the remote sessi0on.  YOU still have to provide credentials  or be a Domain Admin with remoting permissions (that is the default).

  • Here is the easiest way to reconnect a remote session from anywhere.

    Get-PsSession -ComputerName <remote system> -Name <Your Session Name> | Connect-PsSession
