I sent some emails using mail merge. A lot of them came back undeliverable. I'm simply trying to get more messages that state the emails I sent were delivered and read. Here's the diagnostic info from a message:

Hi Damned2Hell,
Please hide your personal information.
Is the unreached recipient internal or external? Does all the NDR look like the same?
The error may occur when sending to an individual who has been migrated to a new e-mail server. The issue could be caused by the AutoComplete feature, the Global Address List (GAL), or Contacts. You can delete the email address in the AutoComplete list manually or ensure that your GAL has been updated. Open Outlook go to File > Options > Mail > Empty Auto-Complete List.

I read in the instructions Outlook must be kept open while sending a mail merge. It was my first mail merge, it took longer than I thought, and my computer went to sleep. I'll try one and not allow the computer to go to sleep. See if that makes a difference.Wednesday, January 29, 2020 1:38 AM

They're going okay. When I start getting undeliverable messages, I just pause the emails being sent until later. I know the real issue is, Microsoft promises 1500 emails per day, knowing most or all systems won't allow that many to come from one address. But if it was allowed, it probably wouldn't matter. Because all inboxes would probably be flooded with emails, which wouldn't get read. Plus, someone has to pay for the electricity and energy required to send them. But I'll just send as many as I can per day.Monday, February 3, 2020 5:27 PM

Hi, Beverly
I was unable to make this work for an outlook.com email from my MS365 account. I added ~3000 appointments from a PST, since MS decided to delete mine, due to not having an outlook.com email associated with the account. In addition to a very similar message from "System Administrator" (see below) I get a message from "Outlook.com Team" that says my email has been blocked. If unblock it, it still fails, if I try to unblock it too often, eg. the next day, it tells me I used my phone number too many times and will not allow me to unblock it.
Any other suggestions?
Thanks,
Dave Tyler
