I'm using MS Project 2016.
I'm using EV management and have set it up to use "Percentage Physical complete" (PPC).
For the 2nd month of reporting, I have entered a new value in that field (PPC) but MS Project does not seem to use my increased value as BCWP remains the same (using the old value). I cleared the baseline, enter the new PPC value and then re-set the baseline
but no effect on BCWP.
In addition, whatever value I enter in PPC, BCWP remains unchanged. (using the initial value which was entered)
I believe I'm missing a step in the update process: any idea ?
