Inplace Ugrade is stuck while isntalling in software center

HI Team,

I am trying In-Place upgrade from windows 7 to 10, however when I clicked on "Upgrade Readiness Assessment - windows 1809" it's just keep showing status "Instaling" but nothing is happening.

Please suggest.

Hi,

We could refer to the smsts.log file for troubleshooting.

Where is the SMSTS.log located?
