  • Multi-Factor Authentication was enforced on some of our users and I've done the following to try and resolve the issue.
    Created the app password.
    Deleted the office credentials on Credential manager.
    Run Microsoft Support and Recovery tool
    Updated office.
    Deleted the user's profile from outlook, but when trying to recreate the profile it fails connect to the Exchange server. Please not the same credentials work on Office portal.

    Please assist as the users are not able to view emails
