Update 1902 Hotfix Rollup (KB4500571) Stuck at Check Site Server Readiness RRS feed

  • Question

  • I've had an update stuck now for months, 1902 Hotfix Rollup (KB4500571). It's not stopping anything from working but I'd like to resolve it and install later updates.

The only useful information I can find is:

    In Update Pack Installation Status

Check Site Server Readiness Status = In progress

    Description

[In progress]:Checking if Site Server is ready to apply the update. Check hman.log for details.

    I can't see anything useful in hman.log but in CMUpdate.log I get

And that is it, the log just stops. If anybody could point me in the right direction I'd be very grateful. Thanks.
