Windows 10 Enterprise ISO for Version 1903 was updated and posted in Volume Licensing Service Center. What changed? RRS feed

  • Question

  • i noticed that Microsoft uploaded a new ISO download for Windows 10 Enterprise Version 1903 in the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC).  Any way to know what changed in this file?  it specifically says "updated Sept 2019".  What is different between this ISO download and the one they first posted earlier this year (when 1903 first was released).
