Links to our domain in emails to any exchange server are being Quarantined More than 10 days RRS feed

  • Folks,

    I am in desperate need for a resolution I have not yet found through the normal support channels. Our domain name was compromised with a hacked website, that was used to send emails. We have restored out reputation everywhere except it appears we can not correct this within the forefront spam process, Inbound we have an excessive amount of Quarantines and outbound to other exchange systems we seem to get Quarantined in those systems so the end user is not receiving our email.

    If anyone can provide one of these I would be grateful

    • A Resolution or path to a resolution
    • A way for me to escalate this here in Sydney.
