Changing Site logo in MOSS 2007

    Hi to all...

    How can i change my logo of my site in MOSS?

    give me a solution.

  • Hi Srinivas,

     

    You can change the logo of My Site. Go to Site Action--->Title,Description, and Icon-->Change the Value of Logo URL and Description.

     

    The image file is normally stored at

     

    C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\12\TEMPLATE\IMAGES\YouImage.gif

     

    and you have to just give the path as

     

    /_layouts/images/yourimage.gif.

    Also I've got another simple soln...

    Add a Doc Library to ur site, and upload the logo(picture) in to dat.

     

    Simply give the logo path there..

  • One way is to use Windows SharePoint Designer. Use it to edit your Master pages.
