  • Hi,

Checking the ULS logs and the Event Viewer.

Without any information as to what is happening, this is going to be hard to troubleshoot.

    Hope this helps

    Thanks!

  • the triple account checks indicate either a loopback issue, or something related to the UAC (2008 R2)

does calling the CA by it's IP and port, from inside, works?

does the default IIS site appear?

Else, as Stan said, you might check the security event log at the time the error is happening.

  • Try adding CA to trusted sites.

Also did you change any of the application pool account passwords recently?

  • Hi Kevin,

    Thanks for you reply...

CA as well as sites also already added in trusted sites.

We not all changed AP account password.

If we try to access from other machines we are unable to access CA or any site from that machine (before IISREST). Its prompting username & password and after third attempt goes to blank page.
