Migration error from 2010 to 2016

Dear All,
We have migrated our site from 2010 to 2016. In 2010 i was referring text file in CEWP and it is working fine. but after migration to 2016, it is not working and there is an error saying that

I think the error is caused by contents in your CEWP and new OS.
Treat it as a common 'access to xmlhttprequest at has been blocked by CORS policy' issue.
By the way, do you add your site to trusted sites in web browser?

Dear Justin,
I can't add the site into trusted sites as it is not accessible through htttps:, it is only accessible with http://

Hi
You can uncheck the HTTS required checkbox and then add it.
