"Account is not specified" when setting up cloudberry cloud destination RRS feed

  • I am getting the above error after putting my account name in the "Account" field when setting up Azure as a location for storage. Any help would be appreciated.

  • This seems to be a possible issue with cloudberry, I'd recommend checking the following link showing how to add a cloud storage account to it: https://help.cloudberrylab.com/cloudberry-backup/backup-destinations/add-a-cloud-storage

    Just ensure that the name and the key of your azure storage accounts are correct, and you can double check if the account exists already via portal. If those are OK on the Azure side, I'd recommend reaching out to Cloudberry support. I hope this helps.
