    Hi.

    We use Exchange Online and web-outlook.

    Emails come with blocked images in html, a message hangs on top - "Part of the content in this message was blocked because the user who sent it is not on your list of safe senders."

    Can you please tell me if it is possible, centrally, for example in security.microsoft.com or admin.exchange.microsoft.com, to allow the display of images in a letter from a specific sender?

    The easiest way to receive files like this is to have the sender rename them to an extension that is not blocked, zip the files before sending or use one of the Data Storage and Collaboration Options.

    Try it this way: go to settings; at the bottom of the pane, click Mail; in the left pane, select Mail > accounts > Block or allow; Under Blocked Senders, select the address or domain you want to unblock, and then select.

    To create a safe sender in EOP, have a look at this page :

    It applies to Exchange Online, MS Defender for Office 365, Microsoft 365 Defender.
