    Hi,

    When trying to deploy cloud service (classic), I keep getting the same error. Sample error as follows:

    The operation '9259957fdb62008396fbdfa455464ded' failed: 'The requested VM tier is currently not available in Canada Central for this subscription. Please try another tier or deploy to a different location.'

    Note that I have tried almost all the different locations but still keep getting the same error.

    Looks like the VM family that you are trying to use is not white-listed for your subscription. Try changing the VM family in your package file and try to create the Cloud Service using that. hope that works for you.
