Hi, Leili,
Just like the first reply said, a common set radio button shall not allow you to select more than one option. Maybe you can have a check on the official tutorial here about how to build radio button for providing a group of options for users to select. I tested it and it just works fine.
If this does not help, would you like to provide more information about your form, like a screenshot. It will help us to get a better idea of your current situation.

hi
yes i use the radio buttons
As I said, this is a DISC test. and I have 4 items in each group with two columns :more(like( and less(dislike( columns in each group. The user can choose one option from more columns and one option from less columns. So far, everything is OK ... My problem is this: that user can choose more(like ( and also less(dislike( for one items
for example : for item :People look up to me " user can select more (like and also can select less for this item
The rule is that the user selects only one option or more or less but in my form for a item user can select more(like( and less(dislike
I hope I explained the problem correctly
pls help me
The image below is an example of several groups of DISC tests

Hi, Leili,
It seems to be a highly customized InfoPath Form. How do you add the like and dislike option? Do you follow the tutorial process just like the link I provide, or you using some 3rd party tool to help you build the form?
