    Need SQL Express 2017 offline download file

    can any one share the offline installer download link for SQL Express 2017 or SQL Express 2016

    i have download package from this link https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=55994

    but it need internet connection to download dependent packages and do not have internet connection on server because it is production server.

    You can use that install to download the complete installation media; you find that option in the start screen on the right side.
