Indian Regulatory (TRAI) Rules for Teams Cloud PSTN Voice

Question
-
can you provide Teams PSTN calling capability (direct routing method) to India based users through citrix xenapp solution?
can you assign foreign based DID numbers and voice policies to India users so that they can make or receive PSTN calls?
Users will be connecting to remote country based xenapp solution and utilizing Teams cloud voice functionality.

Hi Ajit!
What is the meaning of citrix xenapp solution?
According to your description, can we understand that you want to enable location-based routing for Directing Routing in Teams?
If so, you can use the Microsoft Teams admin center to enable Location-Based Routing for users. When you create a voice routing policy and assign PSTN usage to a policy, please make sure you do one of the following:
*Use PSTN usages associated to voice routes that use a PSTN gateway local to the site.
*Use PSTN usages associated to voice routes that use a PSTN gateway located in a region where Location-Based Routing restrictions aren't needed.
If you want to learn about how to create voice routing policies and assign them to user, you can refer to:

So users physically located in India. But using Teams application on virtual machine desktop hosted in remote country (lets assume UK). they have teams account from UK location also calling plans and DID number from UK.
do you find above solution possible? or its against regulatory rules?
