Problem to save file/image to the file tab of a channel on IOS

Question
-
My organisation have been facing an issue for few weeks on Microsoft Teams for iOS.
If we open the app, go to Teams, icon, select a channel then go to file.
you have the option to add a file or an image. If we try we get the folowing errorAll of our users we have tested with have this issue. Android seems fine...
version 2.0.15 and 2.0.16.
we have some mam policy but I excluded myself and the problem is still there.
What's really weird is I can send an image in the chat section without any problem... so it's not an issue to access the file itself and on pc I can upload file no problem to the channel...

Hi Jeanphil1!
Does this issue persist all the time?
Can you upload the file in Teams chat normally?
To my knowledge, when you are sharing documents via Teams Channels, these files are automatically saved into the relevant folder, which is the shared documents folder on Microsoft SharePoint. In this case, we recommend you access the Sharepoint online and see if the file storage is full. If it is full, try to delete some files and then upload it again.
Considering this issue is only happened in IOS device, we also recommend you try to change another version of Teams IOS client to see if it can be fixed.

Hello Jimmyy_Yang and thank you for your quick reply.
Yes it's all the time. If I share the picture from the iphone to teams (so in a chat or in a channel post) it's working. I can also post it directly within the app. But when I go in the file section to add the file to the right folder for example, we got this error...
I'll check if I can downgrade the teams app onf an iphone and see if the issue still persistThank you

Hi Jimmy, yes I did and the behavior is the same.
We have multiple iOS devices (not all the same version) and it's the same problem for all test that we did.
I just tried with my account on an android device and it's working well!
So it just seem to be a iOS problem...Friday, July 24, 2020 1:18 PM -
