Publish WCF-Basic Http receive location to API Management BizTalk 2020 RRS feed

    I am trying to publish the wcf-basic http receive location to API Management but I could not publish using BizTalk 2020

    I am following this link and already I have created the API Management service using VS Enterprise Subscription.

    I cannot publish,it gives me the below error "Operation Could not be Completed"

    Note: Without local host,I tried to use the computer name but I am facing the same issue.

    Can anyone assist me on this, please?
