VY47J-HJ6G4-6BT67-BP2GW-8H343 says my key is not valid. I have done all the things on the forum. Can't get it to work. Clicked on download icon, showed product key and 32 or 64 bit option. I selected 32 bit option, after download it asked for product key.
I tried pasting and typing. Nothing works. had the same issues with laptop. Hired a professional to fix. This really should not be this difficult. Should it?
Microsoft have been having problems with invalid keys. We have just been informed that this has been fixed now. I suggest you try again - please let us know what happens.
