  • Seems like those sites are Office 365 Groups you can't delete via UI. use the below PowerShell to delete those deleted sites.

    $username = "admin@contoso.onmicrosoft.com"
    $password = "Contoso123!"
    $cred = New-Object -TypeName System.Management.Automation.PSCredential -argumentlist $userName, $(convertto-securestring $Password -asplaintext -force)

    Connect-SPOService -Url https://contoso-admin.sharepoint.com/ -Credential $cred

    Remove-SPODeletedSite -Identity https://Contoso.sharepoint.com/sites/Test3

    Thanks & Regards,

  • Hi,

I agree with sharath, you need to use powershell script to permanently delete the deleted sites.
