Automate data extract from sql database

Hi All,

In azure PaaS, I will like to know the most secure way to run a SQL query and extract the result onto a csv or excel file, which is to be sent to email receipients.

I am trying to automate the process but thinking of the best way to implement this.

Pointers on any reference material will also be great.

Other options are using - SSIS, Azure data factory, BCP or Bulk insert SQL commands

I have been doing SSIS Packages to do such tasks without problem.
