  • Hi Ahmed,

That is something which you can't remove from the Outlook/Exchange Group. When you Create a Site Collection in SharePoint Online there are two site collection Admins one is Primary Site Collection Owner /Administrator and the Other is Secondary Site Collection Administrator. there are no differences in the rights of the two, but the Primary Site Collection Owner/Administrator is the only one that receives email notifications about the site. So ensure the Primary Site Collection Administrator is the administrator that will handle the alerts on the site.

If you don't want those emails then Create a Service Account or a different account and Make it as a Primary Site Collection Owner/Administrator and add yourself as a Secondary Site Collection Administrator So, that you wont receive any emails.

Below is the articles to check where is Site Collection Owner/Administrator.

  • Hi Ahmed-Yehia,

You can remove the member from the office 365 group.

Go to office 365 admin center-> In the left navigation pane, choose Groups > Groups->Select a Group->In the details pane, next to Members->click Edit->Remove the member from the group.

For more detailed information, refer to the article below.
