What is the frequency of software inventory scans for PCs? I'm in the process of remediating issues (either by upgrading software or removing it) and am trying to get a figure out what my expectations should be to see threat levels change.
Is there a way to initiate a scan on a device in ATP that's not an Automatic Investigation?

It sounds like that this is an issue about Microsoft Defender ATP. Since this is a forum mainly covering questions about MATA, I would recommend to submit a new question on the ATP forum for better support.

the fact that the forum is still called Windows Defender threw me, I'm trying to find a board to ask questions about Microsoft Advanced Threat Protection (securitycenter.windows.com).
