Office 365 Cloud App Security Notifications

Question
-
Hi Team,
I need some assistance.
I am trying to set up Office 365 cloud app security notifications.
When I go the User settings page as documented in the article https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/cloud-app-security/admin-settings, I do not see the notifications option.
I am the Global admin on the tenant. Are ther any other permissions required?
Kindly assist
Thank you

I just did a test, start a new trial for 30 days.
Then I assign the license to my global admin.
Access https://<domain>.portal.cloudappsecurity.com/
The Notifications setting is below the Language setting.

Most likely this functionality is only available with the full MCAS license, not the "trimmed down" version you get as part of O365. Just in case, you can try accessing the setting via the direct link: https://tenant.portal.cloudappsecurity.com/#/profile?section=notificationsThursday, July 2, 2020 8:44 AM

Hi rand86,
A Global Admin has full permissions in Cloud App Security. There is no additional permission required.
Please make sure your organization has the proper license to use Cloud App Security, then check if you are assigned the license to use this service via Microsoft 365 admin center > Billing > Licenses.
You can refer to the Cloud App Security licensing datasheet for pricing details.
In addition, this is what I see when clicking on the settings button:
