How to notify affected user's manager by email to approve a review activity RRS feed

  • Hi, 

    I've created a review activity and ticked "Line Manager Should Review"

    after that, I've created a notification template, and created a new review workflow to notify the "reviewers" on the creation of a review activity.

    When testing, only users in "reviwers" list received email, but not the user's manager. Is there any way to notify the manager by email?

  • Hi,

    if the Line Manager should als Review check "Line Manager Should Review". The Manager will be in the Reviewers when the Status Review Activity changes from Pending to Active.

    The Manager will get a Notification when you have a Subscription when the Review Object is updated from status Pending to In Progess.
