  • Hi,

As far as I know, it doesn't exist in OperationsManagerDW, only in OperationsManager.

    Hope the above information helps.

  • Hi

I'm not sure I understand the question. You want to feed the output of your diagnostics task to a monitor for historic data? What does that mean?

    Cheers

  • Hello,

Apologies for the confusion.. The scenario is, there's a created custom monitor for CPU utilization and manually added/configured the diagnostic task (The Top processes consuming CPU). When the alert triggered, this diagnostic task output of display in health explorer. Are these results/output stored in DW? if so how can we extract or pull out these information and the history.

    Thank you,

    shanx

  • Hi,

We may try the following to see if it works.

    SELECT d.[Name], d.[DisplayName],
           b.[StateChangeEventId],
           b.[TargetObjectId],
           b.[SubmittedBy],
           b.[Status],[Output],[ErrorCode],[ErrorMessage],[TimeScheduled],[TimeStarted],[TimeFinished],
           b.[LastModified],
           b.[LastModifiedTimestamp]
    FROM [OperationsManager].[dbo].[DiagnosticJobStatusView] b , [OperationsManager].[dbo].[DiagnosticView] d
    WHERE b.[DiagnosticId] = d.Id

    This apply to DataWarehouse either.

    Hope the above information helps.

  • Thank you Alex for the response. I haven't tried it yet. Can this also fetch the diagnostic data in custom monitor which configured as putting PS script in diagnostic task?

    Thank you in advance. :-)

  • Hi Alex,

Thank you for the info. Meaning those data doesn't stored in DataWarehouse and only stored in OpsManager?

Is there's any way to fetch the history data of that Diagnostic Task from custom monitor?

Is there any query to fetch these output/data from DW?

    Thanks a lot!

    Shianx
