Defender for Identity Sensitive Accounts

Hi all,

I don't know if this is the right forum category, but I couldn't find Defender Products questions. I was wondering because I know that MDFI has pre-defined sensitive groups/accounts, is it necessary to add these to the entity tags or are they defined on the background?
