    Already gone through the link. But, will it work with SCOM 2016 as well? As they have no where mentioned the version of SCOM and also SCOM console screenshot is showing SCOM 2007 R2 version.

    In my point of view, it should be possible to integration SCOM 2016 with ServiceNow. They use connector for integration, as far as I am concerned, connector is coding level.

    To confirm this, you may post in ServiceNow forum to get more information.

  • You should be able to do an email notification channel into Service Now - check the formatting of the email that Service Now will accept.

  • Yes, the SNow connector works for SCOM 2016.
