Problem while importing a management Pack RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi All,

    I had deleted a sealed management Pack from my SCOM Environment. this Management Pack existed in a form of .xml file and so I was trying to re-import the same file. But it is throwing the below mentioned error. Could anyone please tell me what is the workaround to remove this error?

    Thanks in advance.

  • You need the original sealed .mpb file.

    First because if it was sealed, it needs to stay that way or you won't be able to reference it from another MP;

    and second because the seal mpb contains more than just the xml code (the mentioned missing resources in the error message)
