    In SCOM 2007 R2 , how do we setup automatic discovery of servers that are joined to domain (or Somewhat belong to specific OU or maybe have somecommon configuration , wildcard etc)

    We do not have AD integration and do not plan on it .

    What would be  the way to configure automatic dioscovery and automatic installation (like no need to worry about installing manually by clicking on discovery wizard : Maybe somewhat like sccm automatic client push)

    Also how would we know from console which server is the OpsMgr DB , which one has ACS , which one is the Reporting server and which one the DW (Apart from looking into Registry)

    You need AD integration to do this automatically. However another approach would be to use SCCM, altiris or whatever and automatically install the agent on each machine.
