  • My answer:
In regard to your issue of ‘internet access’, I want to confirm first

(1)Whether your operation system version is windows 7 or higher level?
Because Windows 7 support ended on January 14, 2020
    (Reference)https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4057281/windows-7-support-ended-on-january-14-2020#:~:text=This%2010%2Dyear%20period%20has,7%20was%20January%2014%2C%202020.

(2)Can you have access to Internet when running applications? Or have no access to Internet both when running applications & opening websites?

I suggest that you can take the following methods:

    1. Once your hardware has completed test, power up the PC and test your Internet connection.
Open Control Panel> Network and Internet> Network connections> Diagnose this connection
This process is to check whether there is some useful information to solve the problem.

    2. You can run the following command in 'Command Prompt'

    netsh winsock reset
    netsh int ip reset

    ipconfig /flushdns
It will show the message successfully flushed the DNS resolver cache.

ipconfig /all (To see whether you have access to a valid IP address)
    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew

    3.  Shut down your system. Unplug your modem/router and leave it unplugged for at least 30 seconds (or simply hold down reset).
    Plug the modem/router in again.

    4. Reinstall your NICs Driver or update it to the latest version.

Hope my answer will help you, thanks!
