Somehow we have messed up our Data Warehouse by extending the Service Request class using the Authoring Tool. When performing the extract job the process errors out with the message: <Error>The given ColumnMapping does not match up with any column
in the source or destination.</Error
I have reviewed all of the fields and found them to be there with the exception of three. If I try to create them in the management pack, I receive a message that the name is already used. Upon closer inspection, I see those three fields in the upper section
of the management pack detail - greyed out and not able to be deleted. Can anyone tell me what this means and better yet how I can fix it?
