Log Provider was unable to open the Microsoft-Windows-Hyper-V-Image-Management-Service-Admin

Question

Hi, I have a mixed environment with Windows Server 2012 and 2008 R2 Hyper-V clusters.
I have deployed System Centre 2012 SP1 Ops Manager and both 2008 and 2012 Hyper-V Management Packs.
I seems to be getting the below error on all the 2012 servers. I am not sure how to resolve the issue. It looks like it is a issue with the System Centre Core Monitoring MP (version 7.0.9538.0)

Hi
I think this is because it is trying to access an event log that doesn't exist on the server .. a bug in the MP.
Can you double check the target server to see if the log specified does actually exist - Microsoft-Windows-Hyper-V-Network-Admin.
Cheers
Graham

Hi All,
I've come across this issue as well in a mixed 2008 R2 SP1 and Server 2012 Hyper-V Environment, running OpsMgr 2012 SP1.
I've tried the resolutions below:
Hyper-V 2012 Virtual Disk Drive (override and set to false mount drive read only)
Hyper-V Virtual Internal Network, Hyper-V Virtual Network,
Port connectivity, port disconnectivity

Any further information most welcome.

In addition to the monitors already mentioned, I found two additional monitors that I had to disable for the group of excluded servers. I scoped the group to "Servers with Hyper-V role" and selected only those experiencing the issue.
Hyper-V Virtual Hard Disk -> Mounted Drive Read-only
Hyper-V 2012 Virtual Disk Drive-> Mounted Drive Read-only
