Exchange Search keep getting very slow or user cannot find any object RRS feed

  • Dear All,

    We have a large environment of about 20000 Users, There are 8 servers that hold the active database, often users complain that they cannot find object , of they login by outlook or by OWA, I have check the database ContentIndexstate is all healthy,

    I have already checked the below,

    Need to understand what need to be checked next when contentindex is healthy ,

    I have also tried the "Test-ExchangeSearch" sometime i get result for larger mailbox i dont get the result,

    Need some more insight to understand what goes behind and fix the issue,

  • Hi,

    What's the detailed version of your Exchange server and outlook client?

    According to your description above, does the issue occur both OWA and outlook (cached or online mode)?

    You could check if there is any related error logs in event viewer to help troubleshooting.
