Should OneDrive for Business Profiles be deployed to User collection or device collection

In order to enuser Users data is backed up to onedrive silently, we are planning to use OneDrive for Business Profiles https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/configmgr/compliance/deploy-use/onedrive-profile

Please suggest if this profile need to be deployed to User collection or the device collection.

Hi,

Thanks for posting in TechNet.

Based on my experience, this profile could be deployed to user collection because it is user data that is collected. When the administrator is logged in, the data about administrator will send to OneDrive for Business Profiles instead of all data of device.
