Hello, I have a coupe of review activities that are in a status pending state. How would I go about removing these or at least getting them out of the status pending state? I believe these were created by having a template applied in the workflow for objects of class rreview activity. I am using the latest version of SCSM release.
In one response I saw a note for a task in the task pane called "Return to Activity" I do not see that link in my task pane.
Can you check which Change Request it belongs to and find out the status of that change request?
If the Change Request is still "In Progess"/"Complete", the review activity will become "In Progress" when all preceeding activities have been "Completed"

Do you mean that the pending activities are now a part of the Closed and Failed change requests?
Do you not get a remove button next to the activity list in the Change request form?
For a Failed Change Request, you should be able to select the change request and click on "Return to activity" to return to the pending activity. I see that you said you dont see this task, but can you verify that you were looking in the change request views and not in the activity views?

Sorry I was mistaken, both of the pending review activites are associated with closed change requests.
If I look at an "In Progress" or "Failed" I do see the Return to activity button. Unfortunately neither of the problematic changes are in this state they are marked as closed and I am unable to do anything with the activities. I thnk I may need to re-open the change request (Somehow) and remove the activity. I also notice that the the activities do not contain the "RA" designation in front of the ID number.
Thanks for the assistance
